It is a charm bracelet and necklace system, that allows you to interchange charms and produce more bangle style charm bracelets, instead of those that actually hang from the wrist.
The bracelet is composed of three pieces, connected with threaded pieces, onto which the charms screw on. You can add clips to keep them from moving, or do like me and just let them move about.
Here are two of my favorite charms I am purchasing for myself for my bracelet...the Princess and the Pea and a Clown.

5Pandora or Chamilia
I love Pandora and own a Pandora bracelet but have just started collecting the Chamilia beads. It was a friend who found them online from www.acotis.co.uk
They are just as good but a little bit cheaper - woo hoo, more beads!
